Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Exadatum Software Services Private Limited ("Exadatum", "we", "us", or "our"), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.
1. How to Request a Cancellation

- Reason for cancellation
- Date of purchase or subscription start date
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Subscription-Based Services
- Monthly Plans: You may cancel within the first 7 days of your billing cycle for a full refund. After this period, no refund will be provided, but you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Plans: You may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After this period, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus any services already utilized and an administrative fee of 10%.
2.2 Project-Based Services
- Cancellation within 7 days of contract signing: Full refund
- Cancellation after work has commenced: Refund minus the value of work completed and any third-party costs incurred
- Cancellation after 50% project completion: No refund available
2.3 Hardware & Physical Products
- Cancellation before dispatch: Full refund
- Cancellation after dispatch but before delivery: Refund minus shipping costs
- Returns after delivery: Subject to our return policy (product must be unused and in original packaging)
3. Refund Terms
3.1 Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel within the applicable refund window as specified above
- The service was not delivered as described
- Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery
- Duplicate payment was processed
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom development or consulting services once work has begun
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions
- Domain registrations and SSL certificates
- Cloud infrastructure costs already incurred
- Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
4. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Bank Processing: Additional time (3-5 business days) may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
- Partial Refunds: When applicable, partial refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service
Note: All refunds are subject to verification. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of this policy.
5. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for:
- Documented medical emergencies
- Force majeure events
- Significant service outages caused by Exadatum

If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may escalate the matter by:
