6. Shipping Insurance

All physical shipments are insured against:

  • Damage during handling
  • Theft or misdelivery

Claims must be filed within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package.

7. Delays and Issues

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines:

  • We will notify you promptly of any expected delays
  • Delays due to incorrect address are not our responsibility
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) may affect delivery times
  • For delays exceeding 7 business days, you may be eligible for compensation or cancellation
